Thinking of Buying a Property in Spain?
Don’t Waste Time & Money Deal Direct with Independent Builders
You and thousands of others are
contemplating turning their dream into a reality, sipping ice cold
drinks beside your own pool. This dream can come true and will
also prove to be an excellent financial investment.

In 2003 foreign investment in Spanish
residential property grew by over 30% from 2002 to 700 million
euros. In fact 8.5% of all homes in Spain are now owned by
non-Spaniards, which represents 3.6 million properties.
We only deal with
the best local builders at prices only obtainable directly from
those builders. It is still possible to buy a 3/bed 2/bath villa
(on a good plot) a little more than £100,000.
We have a number of select
developments in the Albox area, all within a short driving
distance of the town centre and within 30 minutes of the coastal
resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar. It is less than 20 minutes from
the famous Desert Springs Golf Course.
Investment
Real
estate price growth has been at 20% for the last few years with
little reason to see this falling dramatically. The real estate
market is truly international in Southern Spain, the British
account for less than 20% of the foreign purchasers in Spain in
2003. Therefore there is some degree of protection against
domestic economic problems experienced by any single European
country.
Rental incomes of between 7-11% are achievable as Northern
Europeans enjoy increasing leisure time.

The
highest number of sunshine hours in Europe
is recorded annually in Andalusia, with between
300 and 320 days of sunshine.
Results of this extraordinarily mild climate are
easy to see. Markets are packed with delicious
arrays of fruit and vegetables. Spring flowers
and herbs dot the hillside when those in the
north are still trying to break through the frost.
It's even not uncommon to see the first almond
blossom out before Christmas. How could
anyone live anywhere else?
The
World Health Authority has announced
that Southern Spain is the healthiest place in
Europe. The dry air and temperate climate
helps asthma sufferers, people with heart
conditions and those with arthritis and
rheumatism. It’s great!
Sea
temperatures
are ideal for swimming
throughout the summer months. Water
sports enthusiasts who can practise most
hobbies throughout the whole year,
especially sailing and diving.
Unlike most of Europe, winds in this area are only
light to moderate when they blow. In the hottest
part of summer there's normally a slight sea breeze
to take the edge off the extreme heat, especially
in the evening when the sun goes down.
